Purekind is a brand of Elevate Digitek Pty Ltd (ABN 42 684 827 085). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We've kept it short and plain, like everything else we make.

What we collect

  • What you give us: your name, email address, delivery address and phone number (if you add one at checkout), and anything you include when you contact us.
  • Your orders: what you bought and when. Payments are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
  • How you use our site: device and browser information, pages viewed and actions such as adding to cart, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we collect it

  • To process, deliver and support your order.
  • To reply when you get in touch.
  • To send you emails, if you've signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To understand how our website and advertising perform, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested in them.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We only share what's needed with the services that help us run Purekind: Shopify (our store platform), our payment providers, delivery partners, Klaviyo (email), Meta (advertising and measurement) and Judge.me (product reviews). Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States and Canada. We choose providers that take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We don't sell your personal information.

Cookies

Cookies help our site work, remember your cart and measure how our ads perform. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Just email hello@purekind.com.au.

If you're concerned about how we've handled your information, email us and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
