By accessing or purchasing from www.purekind.com.au you agree to these terms.

Products We make every effort to display products accurately. Colours and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings and the natural variation inherent in handmade products. All Purekind products are cosmetics only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Orders & payment All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

Health & safety You are responsible for patch testing all products before use. See our Patch Test & Safety page. Purekind accepts no liability for reactions arising from failure to follow usage guidelines.

Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Purekind's total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
