Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping costs
- Standard: $8.95, or free on orders of $70 or more
- Express: $15.00
Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. The free shipping threshold is based on your order total after any discounts.
When your order arrives
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes:
- Metro areas: 3–5 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days
Express orders are prioritised for faster delivery. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary, especially during busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, email hello@purekind.com.au with your order number. We'll track it down, or send a replacement or refund.
