Australian orders

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. No minimum spend required.

Estimated delivery times:

Metro areas: 3–5 business days
Regional areas: 5–10 business days

International orders

We ship internationally. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated international delivery times:

New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are outside Purekind's control.

All orders are dispatched from Victoria, Australia
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched
Purekind is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post, international carriers, or customs
