Our commitment
We want you to love every Purekind product. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Change of mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on opened skincare products. This is for hygiene and safety reasons. If your product is unopened and unused, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to assist you.
Faulty or damaged products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@purekind.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Allergic reactions
All Purekind products must be patch tested before use. We strongly recommend following our Patch Test & Safety guidelines before applying any new product. We are unable to offer refunds for reactions that occur where patch test guidelines were not followed. If you experience a severe reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.
Australian Consumer Law
Our policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
